The equipment can be fed during operation or when the drum stops. The volume and weight of the material must be controlled during the stop feeding process, otherwise it may cause liquid leakage or overload. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material tends towards the drum wall, and the liquid phase passes through the filter hole of the drum wall through the filtering medium covered on the drum wall. It tends towards the inner wall of the shell and falls into the chassis, and is discharged through the liquid outlet. The solid phase materials are stored in the drum and can be fully washed to complete solid-liquid separation. After stopping the machine, open the shell flap, use a dedicated lifting device to remove the filter bag to the discharge point, and after unloading, install the liquid blocking plate and filter bag into the drum and lock the liquid blocking plate. Then, close the flap and lock it to start the second working cycle.
