The GKH series siphon centrifuge is based on the ordinary horizontal scraper discharge centrifuge and utilizes the siphon principle to increase the filtering driving force. All the filtrate passing through the filtering medium enters the filtrate chamber, and the filtrate is discharged from the drum through a siphon (skimming pipe). Adjusting the suction position of the siphon pipe can change the liquid level depth in the siphon chamber to change the filtering driving force, adjust the filtering speed, processing capacity, filter cake moisture content, and washing efficiency.
Compared with horizontal scraper centrifuges of the same specification, the production capacity is 40% -60% higher, and the moisture content of the filter cake is low. The position of the suction port of the siphon can be adjusted to adjust the filtration speed, achieving different filtration speeds during feeding, separation, cake washing, and cake dehydration, ensuring that the centrifuge always operates in a good state, the equipment operates smoothly, and the vibration and noise are both small. After the scraping cycle is completed, the residual filter cake is regenerated and resuspended by adding regenerative liquid through the siphon feed pipe, followed by backwashing and removing the residual filter cake.
The GKH series centrifuge, due to its siphon function, increases the filtering driving force and can achieve a lower moisture content of the filter cake compared to the GK type when processing materials with higher viscosity. Set up a backwash device, which can add backwash solution to the siphon chamber when needed. The washing solution flows through the filtering medium to the drum, restoring the filtering performance of the filtering medium and achieving regeneration.
