The LWL centrifuge is a horizontal spiral discharge and continuous operation filtration equipment. The drum and spiral rotate at a certain differential speed in the same direction and high speed. The material is continuously introduced into the conveying inner cylinder through the feeding pipe, and after acceleration, it enters the drum. Under the action of the centrifugal force field, the liquid phase passes through the filtering medium and is discharged from the machine. The solid phase is intercepted inside the drum to form filter residue. Under the combined action of the conical force of the centrifugal force and the conveying spiral, the filter residue continuously moves towards the large end of the drum and is discharged from the machine through the discharge groove. This machine continuously feeds, separates, washes, and unloads materials at full speed. It has the characteristics of compact structure, small volume, continuous operation, stable operation, strong adaptability, large processing capacity, and low moisture content of filter cake. Suitable for separating suspensions or short fibers containing solid particles with a particle size greater than 0.1mm and a concentration range of 25-75%.
