Product features:
The LW centrifuge is a horizontal spiral discharge, continuously operated settling centrifuge. The drum and spiral rotate at a certain speed difference in the same direction at high speed. The material is continuously introduced into the inner cylinder of the conveying spiral through the feeding pipe, and after acceleration, it enters the drum. Under the action of the centrifugal force field, heavier solid particles deposit on the drum wall to form a sediment layer. The feeding screw continuously pushes the deposited solid phase to the cone end of the drum, and after drying and dehydration, the lighter liquid phase outside the machine is discharged from the slag discharge port, forming an inner liquid ring. The overflow port at the large end of the drum continuously overflows the drum, and is discharged outside the machine through the discharge port. This machine operates at full speed, continuously feeding, settling, separating, washing, and unloading processes. It has the characteristics of compact structure, continuous operation, stable operation, strong adaptability to separated materials, large production capacity, and convenient maintenance.
Purpose:
Suitable for solid-liquid separation, particle size classification, liquid phase clarification, and sludge dewatering of various suspensions in various industrial departments. Suitable for separating suspensions containing solid particles with a particle size greater than 0.005mm and a concentration range of 2-40%.
