Its various indicators meet the standards of imported CX1100 models. The development of this centrifuge has solved the problem of long-term dependence on imports for key components of such equipment, and achieved the localization of the entire machine.
The general manager of the company, Cheng Xuefei, stated that large centrifuges used in the domestic soda ash and potassium fertilizer industries have been monopolized by foreign companies due to high manufacturing difficulties, complex processes, and core technology lockdowns. The key points for designing the differential of a large centrifuge can be summarized as follows: firstly, the design life for continuous operation should reach over 40000 hours; secondly, the output torque should exceed 27000NM and the design speed should exceed 3000rpm; thirdly, it should meet the comprehensive operating conditions of high temperature, humidity, high vibration, high torque impact, and corrosiveness. The R&D team of Nanjing New Screening Company has independently developed a large differential through repeated experiments and research, with performance reaching the level of imported equipment from abroad. After successfully producing the first large centrifuge differential in 2012, the company also produced a spiral screen centrifuge with a diameter of 1000mm in 2016. This year, they built on the original foundation and produced a spiral screen centrifuge with a diameter of 1100mm, while also achieving the localization of the entire machine.
The spiral screen centrifuge series developed by the company is a fully automatic centrifuge with continuous feeding and discharging. Cheng Xuefei introduced that the 1100 model adopts a modular design, mainly composed of four parts: hydraulic unit, drive unit, overcurrent component unit, shell, and frame unit. Its core components use professional analyzers to detect materials and accuracy, striving for excellence in each component.
